Hiring Process

When you apply for an opening, you will be asked to fill out an electronic application form. We ask for basic personal information including where you study or studied, what your major is, a brief essay/personal statement, a transcript, your most resent resume, etc.

We accept applications at any time, but in order to have the best chance for placement you should apply as early as possible. However, please check different opening position deadlines.

All information is kept strictly confidential and we will divulge your application only to the specific corporation you have interest in and the job opening/-s that you wish to pursue a career in or are interested in.

When the application deadline expires the applications will be evaluated and we will focus on those candidates that we believe have the highest potential to fit the position we are looking to fill.

If we find your application a good match we will contact you to schedule a meeting, either face-to-face or over the telephone.

The purpose of the interview is to see how you will match the corporation/industry in which you wish work and how well you fit into the requirements of the opportunity.

Please ask us questions! This will enables you to evaluate if we can offer the right match for your career path and learn more about the corporation you aim to work for.

For some positions we may make use of assessment tests (optional), which we regard as a supplement to the interview. You will always get feedback on the test.

In some cases we will ask for references but never without a candidate’s approval.

The hiring process is always carried out by skilled and well-trained HR-professionals.

In some cases, the company that offers the specific opportunity to which you apply may ask to interview/meet you before final selection is made.
